Doctor Honoris Causa Conferred on Almario

The University of Regina Carmeli conferred the title of Doctor of Literature Honoris Causa upon Prof. Virgilio S. Almario during its Commencement Exercises last March 22, 2009. Almario was also the ceremony’s guest of honor and speaker.
